It is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and is not a substitute for a professional. XP, levels, and medallions exist purely for fun and motivation.

You are solely responsible for your data and its backups. We cannot access, back up, or recover it. Deleting the App erases everything permanently. See the Privacy Policy.

ככל שמתיר הדין, Joujik לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנובע מהשימוש באפליקציה, מאי-זמינותה או מאובדן נתונים. השימוש הוא באחריותך בלבד.To the extent permitted by law, Joujik is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App, its unavailability, or loss of data. Use is at your own risk.
האפליקציה, העיצוב, האיורים (כולל הפאג של ז'וז'יק) והתוכן הם קניינה של Joujik. אין להעתיק, להפיץ או לגזור מהם ללא רשות.The App, its design, illustrations (including the Joujik pug), and content are the property of Joujik. Do not copy, distribute, or derive from them without permission.
ייתכנו עדכונים לאפליקציה ולתנאים אלה. המשך השימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.The App and these terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
על תנאים אלה יחול הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
